At the Terroir Zürisee in the cultural area of Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, winemakers from the region present their most exciting wines. The Terroir market offers the opportunity to discover the wide range of wines and other gourmet products, to find new favourites and to enjoy spring in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the evening, the ‘Terroir Dinner’ masterclass awaits you at the Blaue Ente: a four-course menu with perfectly matched wines – accompanied by terroir winemakers who will share their knowledge with you directly and personally.
