Schaffhausen Tavolata
A mild summer evening in the vineyards of Hallau promises many pleasurable moments. A culinary journey through the Schaffhausen region unfolds at a long table, refined with a touch of Italianità. In the midst of the idyllic vineyard, a relaxed atmosphere of convivial table companionships arises.
In the style of a traditional tavolata, a variety of dishes and fine drinks are served directly at the tables. Everyone helps themselves to their heart's content. Selected wines from the Blauburgunderland accompany the evening. Food and drinks are available à discrétion.
The tavolata takes place outside in the middle of the vines. In case of bad weather, it will be held in the outbuilding of the aagne winery.
